Sep 24, 2011 · i have a 2000 honda 400ex i took the right crank case off to look at my clutch and when i went to put it back together i can get the case and the lifter arm to line up and there fore my clutch wont engage is there a trick to this please help!!! when i pull my clutch in, the lever on the clutch case only moves about a 1/4 inch or maybe a lil more it doesnt move much at all. is this normal, i've been having problems with the clutch engaging on a cold start, once it warms up no problems at all, and if i rock the quad for a few minutes the clutch will finally engage, what does this sound like?
